Black Rocks Rally - May 10, 2026

I had the privilege of volunteering as a road blocker and photographer at the inaugural Black Rocks rally in Ingramport, NS on May 10, 2026. I had scouted my desired location part way through the course where there were a couple of good turns, a high speed straight and some big puddles for some action shots. I took about three thousand photos during the 6 stages during the day and narrowed it down to these 150 or so images. I shot all of these images with a Nikon Z9 and Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 lens using both slow and fast shutter speeds to capture the action and show the motion of the cars.
