Milky Way at East Berlin

Spring is the best time of year for Milky Way Panoramas owing to the positioning of the Milky Way arc in the sky. I was looking for a new location to shoot a Panorama this spring and ended up at East Berlin Beach in Queen's County, NS. I had some clouds passing by and a bit more light pollution than I wanted on the west side of the image but the foreground worked pretty well.

For those interested in the details, this is a combination of 7x3 shots at 30s, ISO3200, f2 for the foreground and 7x12 shots at 10s, ISO3200 for the sky. The foreground shots were stacked in Adobe Photoshop using a Median stack and combined in PtGUI. The sky shots were first stacked in Sequator and then combined in PtGUI. The two images were combined and blended in Photoshop to create the final product. The finished image was over 200 megapixels and was downsized for sharing here.
